Yes, if you are looking to order more than 3 videos, we’ll be able to negotiate on our standard prices.
Our creative team use a number of programmes including: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci & Vyond to create the videos.
Our process makes sure clients sign off on creative elements before production begins, to minimise any grey areas during production. However, if you are not happy with your video – we will happily work on it until you are satisfied.
Ten days is our standard turnaround time, but we’re able to deliver faster for an additional fee.
No, everything you could want is included in our pricing, there’s no hidden fees along the way.
Once production is complete, your team has full ownership and rights to the animation. You won’t have to worry about us using watermarks or anything of that matter. Surge may request to use your video as part of our portfolio or marketing campaigns.
Your producer will give you a call before production begins to cover the script, video process, pricing, and more. Our producers are always available to answer and assist you with the production process.
We have a selection of 20 different voice overs to choose from. Whether it’s male/female, english/british, or something outside of that, we’ll get you the highest quality voiceover.
